i. Preparation, Circulation and Approval

At the end of the Calendar year, List of Holidays is received from all units by the HR of the Head Office. HR at the Head Office reviews and confirms the list on the basis holiday lists of the past 3 years. The list is then sent for an approval from the Management.

On receiving the approval, HR sends the list back to the respective units. The HR circulates the Holiday List for Head Office to all the employees of Head Office through mail. Also, a print of the list is pinned at the Billboard at the reception. The HR uploads it on the HRMS for all the units.

i. Preparation and Circulation

HR of the respective units prepare a holiday list and send it to the HR of Head Office. After receiving the approval from the Management, the list is then circulated by HR to the employees of their respective unit via mail.
